1	Whole productivity maintenance	It is the whole efficiency based on group activity and high independence to improve their equipment, environment, secure, quality and procedure.
2	Training	Clear/ensure the training requirement, set down training plan, effectively provide each training to enrich staff’s capacity, then achieve the goal of personal/organization
3	Operation station control	Operation station control method such as 5S、visible factory, dull defended, speedily change mold、QPS operation instruction，procedure control board etc. To make each operation station can meet the quality, cost and production requirement and stop waste.
4	Manufacture procedure	It is all the conformity of whole procedure of manufacture to ensure the safety of working environment, equipment and manufacture procedure, efficiency and good rationalization design.
5	Integrated environment	It is for executing sanity environment management system and integrate all the inter factory affairs to make continuing satisfy the environment requirement of government.
6	Indirect material transportation	Indirect material system, it focus on the quality, cost and lead time of indirect material to provide proper material and reach the goal production equipment management.
7	Health and safety evaluation verify system	Evaluate the health and safety behavior in company to reduce the disease and hurt. And provide a full safety-working environment.
8	Working group	The goal of pushing working group is to differentiate the working team (including on line and supporting unit). Use accurate production tool and evaluation index to eliminate the waste and make continuing improvement to increase business efficiency and satisfy staffs.
9	Leader	Provide one set of production system management policy, and unite the quality, health&safety and environment management requirement to make effectively use and apply resource, then finish the verification conformity of management system.
10	In-phase transportation	Provide the continues transportation supply and eliminate waste, reduce stock and low total production cost and increase the production flexibility to satisfy the requirement of customer.
